Payment, Shipping and Returns

By purchasing from this Site, you signify your acceptance of the below policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not purchase from this site. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Payment Methods

All prices are in Rands and can be changed to US Dollars at the top right hand side of the page.

Your Cotton Compass order can be paid using EFT, Payfast, Paypal or any of the following credit or debit cards: Visa & Mastercard

IMPORTANT NOTE: You do NOT need to be a registered payfast or paypal user to pay with debit or credit card.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from South Africa.

The majority of Cotton Compass orders ship within two (2) business days of receiving payment. However, due to the handmade nature of Cotton Compass products, during busy periods, orders can take up to seven (7) business days to fulfill.

Cotton chooses to courier all domestic orders via The Courier Guy and international orders using the South African Postal Service. For international orders, we try our best to avoid customs or brokerage fees. However, any that do occur are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping cost: Worldwide shipping is at a flat rate of R50 without parcel tracking and R100 with parcel tracking.

Cotton Compass is not responsible for the non-delivery of orders. This includes non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address being provided.

All orders are shipped from South Africa and take 1 week to be delivered domestically and 2-6 weeks internationally.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your Cotton Compass order as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Cotton Compass will gladly exchange it for another item in our store, within 30 days of purchase, provided the product isn’t damaged. Returns are for Cotton Compass store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

All returns must be authorised to be valid. Please contact us via our contact page to arrange a return. Returns sent without authorisation will not be valid for exchange or returned to customers.

Dead on Arrival Policy

While we endeavour to package all orders in pristine, shipping can be sometimes be exceptionally ruff. If you received your order to find something broken, please get in contact with us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
